Job Responsibilities:


Primary position Objectives

To Market & Sell Packaging Material Pharmacos To convert brands in innovative packaging solutions Ensure payment collections on time as per payment terms Achieve the budgeted sales revenues and margins Provide MIS on developments in the market place

To provide sales data and brand conversion data Key responsibilities
• Sale of Packaging Material and Innovative Solutions to key accounts
 Drive key account management practices towards attaining a preferred partner status with Bangladesh Pharma companies and MNCs- Assessment of key Account opportunity, Business strategy and planning for execution road map
 B2B sales ( order to cash cycle)
• Explore potential business avenues to penetrate new accounts by providing effective presentation of the different printing services to facilitate new accounts acquisition.
• Maintain & improve the customer’s relationship by providing prompt services with the desirable Designing & Printing Services or Retail Solutions.
• Liaison with both customers and own operations for ensuring timely orderly fulfillment and resolving quality related issues
• Maintain relationship across key decision makers in the client organizations
• Day to day liaison with customers plants and the internal customers for timely IS implementation
• Be the face of the company interfacing the client Relevant Exp. in the field Minimum 3 years experience in pharma marketing and sales

15. Should have the ability to cut across hierarchy and functions in the client organizations
16. Should have handled B2B marketing

Aalary Range CTC -12 to 15 lack including local conveyance
